Hi, I’m Dave – a Filipino IT professional and SEO specialist based in Silang, Cavite. I created Digital Help PH because I kept seeing the same questions come up over and over in Facebook groups: ” How do I verify my GCash? Why is my Maya transfer pending? How do I register for SSS online?” And most of the answers out there were either outdated, confusing, or clearly written by someone who never actually used the app.
So I decided to write the guides I wish existed when I was figuring this stuff out myself.
A Bit About My Background

I have a BS in Information Technology from Adamson University and have been working in IT and digital marketing for over a decade. My day job involves managing websites and SEO for clients – so I spend a lot of time understanding how Google works, what Filipinos actually search for, and how to make information easy to find and understand.
That background shapes how I write every guide on this site. I don’t just copy information from official sources – I test the actual process, note where things get confusing, and write it the way I’d explain it to a friend.
What This Site Covers
Digital Help PH focuses on practical guides for everyday Filipino digital life:
- GCash guides – troubleshooting errors, account issues, limits, and features
- E-wallet tips – GCash, Maya, ShopeePay comparisons and how-tos
- Digital banking – GoTyme, Maya Bank, Tonik, and other PH digital banks
- Online government services – SSS, Pag-IBIG MP2, PhilHealth, and more
- Mobile banking – BDO, BPI, UnionBank app guides
Everything here is based on my own experience – if I haven’t personally tested it, I don’t publish it.
Why Trust This Site?
A lot of digital guides in the Philippines are written by people who have never actually opened the app they’re writing about. I use GCash, Maya, and digital banking apps daily – for personal transactions, for business, and for helping family members who aren’t as tech-savvy figure things out.
I also keep guides updated. Digital banking and e-wallet interfaces change constantly – a guide written in 2022 is often useless by 2025. I revisit and update articles regularly, so the steps you follow actually match what you see on screen.
